Now lives in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey with husband Will and dog Beano (Staffordshire Bull Terrier).

BA Hons in Performing Arts and a Diploma in Direct and Digital Marketing, graduating in 2009.

15 years in events, 6 with BOND.

Wealth of experience in event operations from over 14 years across top-tier event companies, including CWC and Gartner, creating their fully-fledged event offering. Joined BOND in 2018 and was made Head of Operations, then SVP. Luciana’s exceptional ability and instinct for business process improvements and creative problem-solving has consistently elevated the event experiences she manages. Promoted to COO in 2024, she is set to further enhance the company’s reputation for delivering industry-leading event experiences at all touch points.
