Where America's Multifamily Project Leaders Meet
On April 11-14, 2024, the people who make North America’s finest multifamily residential projects happen headed to the Marriott Myrtle Beach in South Carolina. For 3 whole days and nights, America’s most ambitious building product manufacturers had the undivided attention of Multifamily’s most influential architects, designers and developers.
To give this due context, you need to get the attendee lists. Now think about how tough (and downright expensive) it is to jump through all the hoops necessary to get uninterrupted, quality time with any one of these super-busy project influencers. Starting to make sense?
Busy days during BOND Multi in Myrtle Beach! Enjoying having some of the most knowledgeable architects from North America in one spot. It is just an incredible event which BOND has put together over the years! Congratulations on 20 years of service!

Those who registered for the Pre-Event Tour got a few hours to hang out in smaller numbers before the first official gathering that evening. A relaxed affair, a good number of the senior architects like to get on board so you will find yourself sitting amongst some of Multifamily’s biggest hitters as you take your seat on the bus. This time, the Franklin G. Burrough-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum provided the backdrop as the people shaping America’s multifamily project landscape started to get to know each other better.
The tour’s a great ice-breaker and for those who want to make the very most of their time in this company, it get things off to the best start possible, especially for first-timers. It also means you’ve got some familiar, friendly faces waiting at the Welcome Drinks Reception and Dinner later on. Either way, your first night with America's true multifamily project leaders will fly by, as you wander back to your room (at a sensible-ish hour) with your booty of high-value business cards and mobile numbers and a feeling of genuine excitement about the potential of the next few days. Best get some shuteye.
Coffee starts to work its magic as it brings you into day 1 and you start to clock some of the name badges at breakfast. These are the firms you’d love to work with and they’ve clearly sent their top people. Impressive. And you already know more of them than you did yesterday. You grab your final meetings schedule as you head for the first seminar. Your 1-to-1 meetings start in an hour. A feeling of nervous excitement in the air. Let’s do this!
BOND Events your team make it easy. When you go above and beyond to make sure that we are able to engage with decision makers in a meaningful and positive way. I appreciate the kindness of your team and continued support to this critical vertical

1-to-1 with America's Multifamily Project Leaders
BOND gives you a guaranteed number of 1-to-1 meetings with your best prospects, depending on the package you choose and how many people you send. This alone makes financial sense to manufacturers who know how much it costs in time, effort and travel to get themselves some focused time with just one potential ‘buyer’ of this calibre. And don’t forget, you also have the evenings to hang out, break the ice and get to know these people properly. In a business built firmly on relationships in the right places, this is where the true value lies with BOND.
Great experience overall. Far better than a tradeshow

Getting through your first morning of meetings at BOND feels good. Really good. After all that build up and the nerves, you arrive at lunch feeling relieved and elated. Looking around, it’s clear that others feel the same. Nerves have all but gone. People have properly arrived and are finding their flow with conversations and introductions popping off all around you. There’s a lot of re-acquainting going on too. Plenty of hugs and laughter. This is community. In fact, it would appear that you have found yourself bang, smack in the middle of North America’s most prolific multifamily project community: Experienced, well-connected multifamily project professionals who know people and the atmosphere is helpful. Convivial. Professional and playful. 3 days where you feel the possibilities jump a few levels. Work hard, be yourself and see what opens up…
BOND Multi opens up a world of possibilities that no other Multifamily event does
3 more 1-to-1 meetings sessions over the next couple of days. Conversations started with more large-scale project leaders in days than you could normally have in months. Or years! And, if there’s one thing above all else that we’re trying to convey with this review, it’s that BOND Multi opens up a world of possibilities that no other Multifamily event does. And there are three distinct elements that create those possibilities: The people, the format and you.

BOND Multi 2025 is happening on April 24-27, 2025, venue tbc. This gives you time to do your research and decide if the timing is right for you. We can tell you who came this year and give you the list of projects that they brought to the table. We can even give you some names of manufacturers who came (first-timers or regulars) so you can talk to them and get things from their side. Just email Jenny to set up a chat at your convenience.
Meanwhile, we will continue to expand our own network of multifamily project leaders looking to connect with building product manufacturers who can help them deliver what their clients want. The possibilities from there will be between you and them.
See you at the next one!
BOND will deliver the people with the projects you’d love to be part of and the clout to influence who gets specified and who doesn’t.

The format then gives you a chance to make an impression on a guaranteed number of them – to be continued over a cold one later. And then there’s all that time outside your 1-to-1 meetings - at breakfast, lunch, dinner and into the small hours. And this is where it is very much over to you to do your thing and fan that flame of possibilities by simply being here, being yourself and being curious about the people around you. By being interested enough to ask some questions and see where the response takes you. And when someone asks you about that brand on your badge, that’s a strong signal that you’re making enough of an impression that they’re interested enough in you and the prospect of working with you to find out more…
And then YOU must follow up with good form and timing after the event so none of your good work is wasted and conversations can be re-ignited when the time is right.
