Hello and welcome to BOND Events!

Thinking of working with us? How exciting! Scary too, though – I mean, who are we? And what’s it really like to work here?

Firstly, we’re not just another events company. Set up by Oliver ‘Olly’ Needs in 2004 (Read our Origins story), we’re a tight-knit bunch who stand by the values we were built on: Integrity, hard work and fun. Sprinkle on our unique, individual talents (and yours..?) and the possibilities become, well, anything you care to imagine!

But, we’re not perfect. Far from it. We want you to try things and make mistakes because we believe it’s the best way to learn. And learning’s good. So, don’t be shy with your ideas around here. Every day brings its own challenges and opportunities and none of us can do it alone - we depend on each other to deliver a customer experience others can’t match.

And play. Play is also good. We may be scattered across the globe but when we get together at events or at one of our little retreats or parties, we are very much ourselves and have the footage to prove it. It takes time to get to know people but thankfully, ‘BONDIES’ tend to stick around so you just might make some friends for life here. And, it hasn’t escaped our attention that a happy team tends to be a successful one.
