Your essential checklist for arriving at your BOND event in the best shape possible.

Extend your stay?
Your accommodation is already booked for the event duration. If you want to extend your stay before or after the event dates, please let us know ASAP at ops@bondevents.com and we will arrange this for you.
Dietary requirements?
Your food and beverage is covered for the event duration but if you have any dietary requirements, please email us at ops@bondevents.com.
Complete Your Profile
Even if you’ve attended other BOND events, you need to complete your profile via the delegate portal 12 weeks before the event.
Flights
Architects/Designers: Your flights are booked and paid for by BOND. Expect an email from travel@bondevents.com 12 weeks before the event.
Suppliers: You will book your own flights but need to add your information under the ‘Travel’ section of the delegate portal 4 weeks before the event.
Transfers
BOND will arrange these for you if you arrive/depart on the official start/end dates of the event and into/out of the designated event airport.
Supplier Advertisements
Submit your team’s advertisement 12 weeks prior to the event - specs here. Want to purchase ad space? Let us know at ops@bondevents.com.
Select Your Meetings
Your meetings selection window opens 4 weeks before the event. Please put a reminder in your diary and read the Meetings Selection Guide. You will have one week to complete your selections.
Pre-Event Tour
The Pre-Event Tour comes highly recommended to all delegates and gets your networking off to the best start possible - please email us for details. Registration for the tour is required 3 weeks before the event.
The BOND App.
Download to your mobile device before you arrive on-site. You will have access to the BOND app. from the start date of the event.
Bringing a guest?
Let us know at ops@bondevents.com no later than 1 week before the event.
Unexpected issues?
Please let us know at ops@bondevents.com as soon as possible and provide a suitable replacement if you cannot personally attend.
Shipping
The shipping instructions are different for each event. Please email us at ops@bondevents.com for the shipping instructions for your BOND event.
Meeting Schedules
Once you’ve submitted your meeting selections, your preliminary schedule will be sent to you 1 week prior to the event. This is your opportunity to let us know if any of the meetings are not relevant for you at this time.
Final Check
1 week before the event you will get an email from ops@bondevents.com with a final checklist to prepare for your on-site arrival.
Post-Event Follow Up
1 week after the event you’ll get an email from ops@bondevents.com with the event photos and an Excel directory with all the attendee profiles and contact information.
