What To Do Next...

First: Complete Your Profile

You will have received login information from ops@bondevents.com. Please log in to the Delegate Area now to complete your company and personal profile for the online directory.

We strongly advise you add as much information as possible as this is what the Designer/Supplier will be reading when they make their meeting selections.

You'll need to upload:

  • Company Overview and Logo
  • Biography of Delegate/s, Contact Information* and Photo
  • Product and Project Information

Suppliers, if you have booked an advert and want to submit your artwork, please email ops@bondevents.com for the specification.

*We ask you to supply the cell number you’ll have with you on the day. Our events rely on everyone being in meetings on time, so we’ll need this to send reminders if necessary. This is for internal purposes only and will not be published.


Second: Travel & Accommodation


Architects/Designers: Your flight is included with your registration. Our travel agent will liaise with you to book your flight. Once confirmed, tickets are non-refundable and changes will incur charges, which BOND will not be responsible for.

Suppliers: Flights are not included in your package. Once you have confirmed your flights, please input your flight information to the delegate area so that we can arrange your transfer.

On the official arrival day you will be greeted at the designated event airport by a BOND representative and a shuttle service to the hotel will be provided for ALL delegates (Designers and Suppliers).


Three nights accommodation is included for everyone attending the event and BOND will book this for you. You do not need to do anything. Further information regarding extending stays or bringing spouses can be found below.

Third: Choose Your Meetings

One month before the event you’ll select who you want to meet in order of priority, via your Delegate Area. We’ll send you an email as soon as it opens. The more care taken in choosing your meetings, the more effective your meetings will be at the event.

One week before the event you will receive your Preliminary Meeting Schedule. Your FINAL Meeting Schedule will be available on the first morning of the event. Should you need assistance with this process please contact us.

At The Event



When do I book my flights
Architects/Designers - Our travel agent will email you (travel@bondevents.com) 5-6 weeks before the event to confirm your itinerary.

Suppliers - You will need to arrange your flight at your own convenience and enter your flight details into your profile. Without this information we cannot guarantee your transfer.

When do transfers run?
On official arrival and departure days only, with no cost to yourself.

Typically transfers to and from the airport will run either every 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the volume of people. This will be confirmed to you via email on the Monday before the event.

I am arriving earlier/leaving later. Will you arrange the transfers?
Unfortunately not, BOND will only arrange and pay for airport transfers on the official arrival and departure days.

I am not flying; I am driving to the event. Does BOND cover parking?
Architects/Designers - If this is in lieu of you flying to the event then yes, we will cover the cost of parking for the official event days.

Suppliers - No, parking is not covered by BOND.

Will BOND Events organise my visa?
BOND Events will not be responsible for your visa, nor any vaccination requirements. Please allow adequate time to do this.


How do I send my materials to the hotel before the event?
You are welcome to courier or send materials to the hotel. BOND Events takes no responsibility for your goods, but will help where possible. Please note the Hotel or Delivery Service Companies may charge handling fees for receiving, storing and delivering your goods. For more information on charges please contact the hotel directly.

How do I send my shipment back?
We ask that you ensure your shipment is packed and labeled correctly ready for shipment on the final day of the event. Should you not have a pre-paid label, the hotel has a Business Services Team that can help.


Do I need to book my own hotel?
No, three nights accommodation is included for everyone attending the event and BOND will book this for you.

Can I extend my stay?
Yes, the hotel will charge the additional nights to you upon checkout. Please email ops@bondevents.com with the following subject line: {Event name}, {Your Company Name}: Accommodation extension

Can I bring my spouse, what is the cost and what does it include?
Yes you can, the cost varies per event. Please note that spouses are not allowed to join the event lunches as this is strictly for networking. If you wish to bring your spouse please email ops@ bondevents.com with the following information and we will send you a spouse form to complete:
- Event you are attending
- Full name of spouse

Business Meetings

How do the meetings work?
Architects and Designers are allocated their own private meeting table and Suppliers will go to these tables for the meetings as per the schedules. Each meeting will last for 30 minutes with five minutes in between meetings. Please note that no power is supplied to the meeting tables, but there are likely to be charging points available.

Why do the Architects have an allocated table?
BOND Events believes that the meetings are more effective when the potential buyer is relaxed and comfortable. This approach keeps the focus of the meeting on conversation and building relationships rather than on product demonstrations, such that you might experience at a trade show.

What is the dress code during the conference?
Business attire


What meals are included?
All meals during the event are provided. There is breakfast for each meeting day of the event and the morning of departure, there is an evening meal on arrival and each night of the event, and lunches each meeting day of the event. If you require additional food, beverages or room service, this is a cost that you will be charged for.

I have food allergies who should I inform?
Please email ops@bondevents.com with the following subject line: {Event name}, {Your Company Name}: Dietary Information

What is the dress code for the evening functions?
Smart casual. Typically we host dinners outside for a change of ambience so you may wish to pack light jumpers/jackets.

What time does the event program end?
The final day closes with a drinks reception and evening meal. We ask that no delegates leave prior to this as it finishes off the time together. Breakfast on Sunday morning is also included for you so that you can fully enjoy the final night and leave at your leisure. For the most up to date agenda, you can find a link below.

What is the dress code for the pre-event tour?
Casual/Comfortable but respectful.

How and when do I register for the pre-event tour?
You will receive an email from ops@bondevents.com once the tour has been confirmed*. Once you have received this email you can respond to confirm/decline your participation.
*Please note not all events have pre-event tours

Can my spouse attend the pre-event tour with me?
Yes, you will need to complete a spouse form and make payment to confirm their participation.


Are the seminars accredited?

BOND Events is recognised by AIA (American Institute of Architects), ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) and GBCI (Green Building Council Institute) as a continuing educational provider, so that you are able to accumulate Continuous Educational Units (CEU). You will receive 1 AIA credit for each seminar that you attend.

How do I report AIA credits?

We do this for you, we just require you to complete a form on the last day of the event and hand into a member of the BOND staff on the registration desk.
