Hospitality Projects Throughout Latin America
Scroll down for a tiny sample of the 100s of hospitality projects our hotel designers are bringing to the table in June.
BOND Diseñotel is not like any other hotel design event: it’s how we qualify our ‘Buyers’ that sets us apart. Every single designer you’ll meet must:
- Be a Principal or above
- Work nationally in scope
- Evidence a portfolio of live, confirmed hospitality projects throughout Latin America.
That’s how we deliver an unmatched event experience and the best possible longterm ROI.
This is NOT a trade show
You know exactly who’s going to be here before you arrive and you will have a guaranteed number of 1-on-1 meetings with the hotel designers of your choice. And that’s just the start:
You are all together for 3 whole days and nights at a luxury resort, so you have time and space to get to know people and this is the game-changer.
Because there is a genuine community feel here so everyone’s more relaxed, open and helpful and any conversation can light up the hospitality project trail right in front of you.
> 18 pre-arranged 1:1 meetings
+ 72 hours of networking in a luxury resort
= a proven formula for success
We will deliver Latin America’s true hospitality project influencers with time and space to get to know each other properly.
What happens from there is your story.
Save your place

It’s certainly very productive that in just 3 days we’re able to meet with clients from more than 20-25 countries. It’s very important for us to meet the key people that make the decisions when it comes to projects within the hotel industry.

Synopsis
As an architect and urbanist, Maria Luiza de Barros explores sound as a social, cultural, political, and geographical phenomenon – an element that operates across multiple scales and dimensions. From an integrative perspective, Maria investigates how Afrodiasporic communities construct senses of space through sonic practices, with Brazil as a point of departure. She invites architects, interior designers, and artists to consider sound as an intrinsic part of spatial projects. Guided by the question of how we can read, interpret, and practice architecture and urbanism through diverse systems of communication, the conference proposes to discuss sound as a fundamental and multifaceted language, weaving connections between the material and immaterial histories of space. Spatial production, understood as a heterogeneous and counter-hegemonic process, is approached through critical, practical, and theoretical perspectives that link cultures, epistemologies, and sonic agencies within the fields of architecture and urbanism.

Synopsis
In this talk, Marte invites the audience to explore how design can become a powerful tool for honoring the places we live and the stories they carry. Drawing from her background in lettering, her creative work in branding and wayfinding, and her emotional journey through displacement and reconnection, she makes a strong case for design that is rooted in place and authenticity rather than imitation that follows other cultural traditions.
She’ll share projects from her studio Charco, which focuses on branding for hospitality spaces in Latin America. Marte’s work celebrates the handmade, the imperfect, and the emotionally resonant as it takes center stage. The talk reflects on how Latin America—particularly Argentina—often erases its own visual culture in the name of modernization or luxury, and why it’s essential to preserve and celebrate our graphic heritage. Marte’s perspective offers a poetic and personal bridge between graphic and spatial design, especially for creatives seeking more meaning and authenticity in their practice.
