Arc Interiors 2024: Review

1-on-1 with America's top Interior Architects and Designers - guaranteed!

ArcInt24:23

BOND knows that there are other Interior Design Events out there, many of which claim to attract the interior designers you’d love to meet: the ‘best of the best’ – the ‘movers and shakers’ in commercial Interior Design. But do any of them guarantee who is going to turn up?

Arc Interiors guarantees to get you ‘1-on-1 with America’s Top Interior Architects’. But, what exactly does that mean? Who actually comes? What sort of access do you get? And how does it all translate into an event experience? And what about long term ROI?

This review, backed by feedback from those who were there, will help to answer those questions. But, to fully appreciate the potential of having North America’s true commercial interior project influencers in one place for three whole days and nights, away from all the distractions which would normally interrupt the flow, you simply need to come.

This year's event sold out so now is a good time to register your interest for next year so you get all the event updates before anyone else.

This year’s Arc Interiors took place on September 19-22, 2024 at the VEA Newport Beach, CA. The event officially started on the evening of the 19th with the Welcome Drinks Reception, followed by the Welcome Dinner, where conversations quickly started to flow as the ice melted away. And, for those who took part in the Pre-Event Tour of the Orange County Museum of Art, a whole bunch of familiar faces were there to greet them, having already started to BOND over a journey into the art world together, where, appropriately enough, ‘architecture itself becomes a canvas for inspiration...’

The Pre-Event Tour gets your BONDing off to the best start possible and comes highly recommended, particularly for those attending their first BOND event.

After an evening of getting to know each other better, with introductions and opportunities springing up all around, most managed to get themselves to bed at a fairly reasonable hour to conserve energies for the 2 business days ahead. And it’s an early start where favourite breakfast bits and coffee sources are hunted down as delegates are eased into day 2 with the luxury of sitting back and letting someone else talk at the first seminar of the day: A fascinating delve into"Living Structures: Integrating New Media Art into Architectural Design" by Caleb Hawkins, Design Director at MASARY Studios.

What follows is 2 meticulously planned days (and nights) of 1-on-1 meetings with your best prospects, a uniquely curated, AIA-accredited seminar programme and lots and lots of networking and BONDing over lunches, dinners, coffee, at the bar and well into the night…

...prepare well, turn up and be yourself!

ArcInt24:39

This is not a place for untimely sales pitches - your time will come. This is a unique set up, the likes of which you might not have experienced before. It’s more than just a ‘vibe’ but there is a tingle in the air that is generated when you bring some of the leading minds and characters in commercial interior design together. Some you may know. Some you may have heard of but have not had the chance to meet. Yet. And there are bound to be some who you have no prior knowledge of at all but who just might happen to be looking for something that you are uniquely placed to help them with...

A month before the event, you choose who you most want to meet. 2 weeks later, you get your provisional meetings schedule, which you can tweak as you wish until you are happy with it. You'll get a guaranteed number of 1-to-1 meetings, according to the package you choose and, if you work hard, you can meet everybody else here too.

The stage is set for you to come and win the hearts and minds of North America's most in-demand interior project leaders, some of whom you've likely been chasing for years. We encourage you to prepare well, to turn up and be yourself – to be curious and say hello to people and see what opportunities open up in front of you.

Supplier Feedback

ArcInt24:4

The people with the projects are here and their purpose is clear: to meet likeminded, helpful project professionals who are as passionate as they are, who know their product inside-out and who start to display the things that they look for in a long-term project partner.

Arc Interiors delivers North America’s most prolific and influential interior project leaders, with time and space to get to know each other. What you make of that is up to you.

The following stats and comments were taken from the onsite survey which all attendees were asked to complete:

Attending manufacturers rated their overall experience: 4.8/5

First time attendee, 85% of my meetings were excellent and a great match with follow-ups and meeting requests

Jon Nedland, Moss Strategic, Account Manager

How do you rate the management and coordination from the BOND Team onsite? 4.9/5

The event was very well planned and the number of BOND team members onsite made for easy navigation throughout the event. I've attended similar events where the staff members congregated together and did not participate, so was great to see the BOND team being more interactive with the attendees.

David Kachurak, T&S Brass, Director of Business Development

How do you rate the 1-to-1 Business Meetings that you had? 4.8/5

Fantastic assortment- the right position and engaged!

Jeramey Fistrovich, CEO, Surfacing Solution

How likely are you to recommend Arc Interiors to your colleagues and peers? 9.7/10

Relaxing on the Pacific coast after giving my Inside Out Decisions talk for BOND Events Arc Interiors event in Newport Beach, CA.

Great to watch firsthand the relationships made and strengthened as the delegates spend 3 evenings/2 days together in this fantastic location with a combination of informal dining, tours and 1-2-1 meeting time. Some business ideas are so simple but when executed in style like this are gold
